Short term rent in Levanger

In case of availability, bedsits at Moan Student Home are rented out on a short term basis to students, employees or others with a connection to Nord University.  

Moan Student Home

Moan Student Home is located in a nice and calm yet central area in Levanger. You have hiking trails and a beach right outside the door. Nord University, downton Levanger, shopping malls and Levanger hospital is also within short distance. You can walk to the university in 20-25 minutes. With a bike you get there in 10.

About the rooms

The bedsits at Moan are ca. 12 sqm, and eqiupped with a bed (80x200cm), desk and chair, lounge table, armchair and wardrobe. You have access to wi-fi. See how you connect to the internet here.

At Moan you share bathroom with 1-2, and kitchen with 3-5 others. The facilities are ideal for groups of 4-6 students who are going to a seminar together. If you wish to live together in a group, please submit the names of your fellow applicants in your housing application. It is an advantage if you all apply at the same time, but we cannot guarrantee that we are able to place the whole group in the same shared kitchen collective.

In the shared kitchen you find dinnerware and cutlery, cookware and kitchen appliances. There is also a dinner table and a cozy sofa group.

How to book

Apply for short term rent at Moan here. 

If you do not have a user account you must create one. We recommend that you download the app Studentinord Bolig. Then you get notifications with important informatin regarding your tenancy.

Please book one week before arrival, and within 12 a.m. the day before arrival at the latest. For later bookings, please contact the housing office directly to check for available units. Bookings placed during weekends will be handle don the upcoming working day.

Cancellation

You may cancel your reservation per email. Cancellation must be made no later than 12 p.m. (noon) one business day before your arrival. Cancellations after this we will charged with NOK 500,-.

Cancellation and changes to group reservation: If 5 persons or more are included in one booking, it will be regarded as a group reservation. In this case other rules apply. Studentinord must be notified about changes to number of nights and/or rooms, or cancellation of the complete reservation one month before moving in at the latest. Cancellation of rooms after this deadline will be charged the customer entirely. 

Moving in and moving out

You may move in after 3 p.m. On departure day, please move out before 10 a.m.

The keys to your room will be placed in a safe at the student home. You will receive an email with the code to the safe a few days before arrival.

When moving out, please put the key in the green box on the wall by the laundry in the service building.

Prices as of August 2026. Price adjustment may occur annually according to the consumer price index.
