Late payment interest on the deposit

If you rent, or have previously rented, student housing with Studentinord you may be entitled to late payment interest on the deposit amount. Here you can submit your claim.

Please note that to find out whether you are entitled to late payment interest you, as a tenant or previous tenant in one of our student homes, must submit a claim for late payment interest.

The late payment interest is based on the current rate decided by the Norwegian Ministry of Finance.
