Favorable price for student housing

Due to Government subsidies to the student welfare at Nesna, Studentinord is able to offer a price reduction of approximately 35% on ordinary rental contracts on student housing at Nesna. This probably makes it the country's most affordable rental price for student housing!

Central location

Demmabakken is centrally located, and many of the units have a nice ocean view. The student home consists of 10 singular buildings with six or eight units in each. 86 housing units in total. The standard is generally high, and the student home was renovated in 2018. Demmabakken has its own laundry. 

It is not allowed to have pets in our student facilities, and all student homes are non-smoking. Details about prices, size and content can be found under each housing type, by following the links at the bottom of this article.

APPLY EARLY

It is not required that you are admitted to the University before submitting a housing application for the next semester. You are free to cancel the housing contract without notice for a given period, if you are allocated housing but not admitted as a student.
