Short term rent Nesna

Demmabakken is our newest residence, complete with single-occupancy rooms and apartments.
It is located on an incline and many apartments have a good view of the sea. It is approx. 250 meters from Nord Universitet and it is a short way there, unlike centrally located housing.

There is access to wireless internet (speeds of 1000 up / 1000 down) in each apartment. Every kitchen/living room is equipped with the essentials, such as fridge, freezer, stove, etc. as well as tablecloths and kitchenware. Duvets, pillows, towels and bedsheets you will find in your room and are included in the rental price. Pets not allowed.

Booking

• Book short term rent

Please place your order before 12 p.m. (noon) the day before arrival at the latest, preferably earlier. Orders registered on weekends will be handled the first following weekday.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your reservation you must notify us by e-mail: bolig@studentinord.no. Cancellation must be made no later than 12 p.m. (noon) one business day before your arrival. Cancellations after this we will charged with NOK 500,-

Cancellation and changes to group reservation: If 5 persons or more are included in one booking, it will be regarded as a group reservation. In this case other rules apply. Studentinord must be notified about changes to number of nights and/or rooms, or cancellation of the complete reservation one month before moving in at the latest. Cancellation of rooms after this deadline will be charged the customer entirely. 

FAVORABLE PRICE FOR STUDENT HOUSING

The Government subsidizes student housing at Nesna to help create activity at the campus. Due to this Studentinord can reduce the rent by approximately 35% at Nesna, which probably makes Demmabakken the country's most affordable priced student home!

Rental prices of short-term rent for students (non-students):

• Per night: kr. 330,- (550,-)
• 5-7 nights: kr. 1600,- (2500,-)
• 8-14 nights: kr. 2400,- (3840,-)
• 15-31 nights: kr. 2800,- (4480,-)

Rental prices of short-term rent with private bathroom for students (non-students):

• Per night: kr. 370,- (590,-)
• 5-7 nights: kr. 1750,- (2800,-)
• 8-14 nights: kr. 2500,- (4000,-)
• 15-31 nights: kr. 3000,- (4800,-)

Rental prices of short-term rent 3-room apartment for students (non-students):

• Per night: kr. 660,- (950,-)
• 5-7 nights: kr. 3200,- (4640,-)
• 8-14 nights: kr. 4000,- (5800,-)
• 15-31 nights: kr. 6200,- (8990,-)

Extra bedding/towel kit: 150,-

Prices in NOK. The rental prices are valid as of 1 January 2025. Price adjustment may occur annually according to the consumer price index.
