We charge for non-fulfillment of obligations in the contract or regulations for student housing. The fees covers actual expenses for remediation or extra work, and may change without notice. There may be other rates and fees that are not specified in this list.

Help from security company to unlock your door

A fee NOK 699 is triggered for assistance from security guard to unlock your student home door between 3.30 pm and 8.00 am on working days if the need for assistance is self inflicted. On weekends the fee is triggered during all hours of the day if the need for assistance is self inflicted.

If the fire alarm is triggered negligently and the fire brigade is called out, the invoice from kr. 5000,- and up to the actual costs for the call out will be sent to the tenant.
