LIVE ON CAMPUS

Residents at Røstad student home practically live on Campus. You have a short walking distance to the university campus, fitness centre, Trønderhallen sports centre with swimming hall, sports hall and climbing wall, recreational area, beach and not at least the student house Røstad Scene. A grocery store and pharmacy are also in the immediate proximity

At Røstad everything is in place for a convenient and comfortable everyday student life.

SHARE HOUSING WITH OTHER NORD-STUDENTS

At Røstad student home we create conditions for socializing with other Nord University students in small and large groups. There are varied and up to date solutions for both relaxing and studying socially in the common living rooms, one at each floor. There are also practical and attractive shared kitchens for the bedsit residents. Cooking and eating together is a great occasion for getting to know fellow students. In addition there is a large living room at the top floor for all residents. 

ALL HOUSING UNITS HAVE PRIVATE BATHROOMS

The housing facility has 75 single room apartments and 75 bedsits in total. The bedsits have shared kitchens. All of the units have private bathrooms.

If you need space to store suitcases or other stuff you can rent a storage room. There are good bicycle parking facilities, and residents may access a parking lot. Remember to apply for a parking permit (limited number of spaces). The student home has a laundry with online booking service.

Pets are not allowed. Røstad student home is a non-smoking facility.
